As the semester ends, think back over the last few months. What experience has been most valuable to you?

Working at jittery joes has been valuable to me, because now I have work experience in that department. I'm sure it'll be valuable in the future. Working there has made it valuable for me to speak more to others. This experience doesn't last just for a few months but a life time. It has also made me good at something I thought I'll never be good at making espressos. This experiment has also showed me how to work an espressos machine.

What is your greatest achievement in school so far this semester?

My greatest achievement in school so far is getting my grades up and keeping them up. And trying to finish school as soon as possible. Staying on task.

Week 9 jittery joes ?

What has been the most difficult part of your job at Jittery Joe's? What would you change if you could?

Making different espressos and doing it fast. But I wouldn't change anything because it gives me more experiments. If I were to change something I wouldn't cause then i wouldn't be learning some thing hard.

Week 8 jittery joes?

Now that you have legitimate work experience (if you did not already) do you feel differently about the way you spend money? Assume you earned minimum wage for working at Jittery Joe's instead of course credit. How does that change the value of money in your eyes?

It would help out with things, bout it wouldn't change how I spend money. I already have a job where I make money. I would just put the money in my bank.

Week 7 jittery joes ?

Have you had a bad customer experience? Without using names or identifying information, explain what happened and how you resolved the situation.

I haven't had a bad experiment with customer service yet. Cause there are plenty of ways to ignor it. Like keeping calm and speaking with a kind tone.

Describe how you feel physically while working. What changes or stays the same as you work?

I feel good while working at jittery joes cause I feel in control in the work that I do. And i like working with customers and friends. I also feel good bout knowing that this going to be on one of my work experience.

Week 5 jittery joes ?

Has there been a time where you made an error either with money or dealing with a customer? Explain what happened and how you corrected it. What will you do differently next time?

There has been mistakes that I had to go back and correct. Like one time I made a mistake and charge someone more then what they had got. But now I'm geting better at knowing the prices of the items.

week 4 jittery joes ?

Do you have classmates asking you for free drinks or pastries? You aren't alone! Some of your peers will ask you this frequently, causing you to make an ethical decision. How have you handled it in the past? How will you handle it in the future?

There have been classmates and friends asking me for free stuff from time to time. But i'm going to keep it real and professional and tell them we're not allowed to do that then throw them a friendly smell and go back to work. I haven't done that in the past and I'm not going to do that in the future cause it's all about business.

Week 3 jittery joes ?

Talk about tasks that can be done when the coffee shop is slow. What types of things can you be working on to still be a productive worker?

When the coffe shop is running slow there's still things I could be doing. Like cleaning up around and restocking stuff. I could even be catching up on my work.

week 2 jittery joes ?

We are already beginning to talk about customer service. Talk about a positive customer service experience you have had working at Jittery Joe's.

I have gain even more positive customer service working here at jittery joes with others. It has allowed me to serve people with manners and kindness to recieve it back. I also find it fun serving my friends and teachers.

Week 1 Jittery Joes ?

Is working at Jittery Joe's your first experience with work? If not, what skills from other jobs are you implementing at the coffee shop? If it is, what skills are you learning that you will take with you to future jobs?

No this not really my first experience with this type of work.I do catering, Which I learn how to deal with customers, make coffe, clean, and plenty more. But I must say I have learn more like all the different types of coffe and espressos. Who knows later on in life I might have to answer a question dealing with this type of experiment.
