As the semester ends, think back over the last few months. What experience has been most valuable to you?
Working at jittery joes has been valuable to me, because now I have work experience in that department. I'm sure it'll be valuable in the future. Working there has made it valuable for me to speak more to others. This experience doesn't last just for a few months but a life time. It has also made me good at something I thought I'll never be good at making espressos. This experiment has also showed me how to work an espressos machine.

What is your greatest achievement in school so far this semester?
My greatest achievement in school so far is getting my grades up and keeping them up. And trying to finish school as soon as possible. Staying on task.

What has been the most difficult part of your job at Jittery Joe's? What would you change if you could?
Making different espressos and doing it fast. But I wouldn't change anything because it gives me more experiments. If I were to change something I wouldn't cause then i wouldn't be learning some thing hard.

Now that you have legitimate work experience (if you did not already) do you feel differently about the way you spend money? Assume you earned minimum wage for working at Jittery Joe's instead of course credit. How does that change the value of money in your eyes?
It would help out with things, bout it wouldn't change how I spend money. I already have a job where I make money. I would just put the money in my bank.

Have you had a bad customer experience? Without using names or identifying information, explain what happened and how you resolved the situation.
I haven't had a bad experiment with customer service yet. Cause there are plenty of ways to ignor it. Like keeping calm and speaking with a kind tone.

I feel good while working at jittery joes cause I feel in control in the work that I do. And i like working with customers and friends. I also feel good bout knowing that this going to be on one of my work experience.

Has there been a time where you made an error either with money or dealing with a customer? Explain what happened and how you corrected it. What will you do differently next time?
There has been mistakes that I had to go back and correct. Like one time I made a mistake and charge someone more then what they had got. But now I'm geting better at knowing the prices of the items.
